Was stranded on Merlin Road last night. On west side on the road in a deep ditch at a very bad angle. When the tow truck showed up the driver assessed the situation and after a lot of work extracted me. The driver TAZZ is my new hero. He did an exceptional job. Informed me of everything he was going to do and clearly explained what I needed to do to help.
I want to thank him for all he did for me and my daughter and grand daughter are thankful I got home ok.
