The person at the print center was busy, which is normal. Went to the front, waited, and when a person appeared from outside of the store, the conversation that took place was a frustrated comment by me stating that I have never seen this at any business in my life. The response to this comment was that they were “changing it up a bit,” not an appropriate comment. That's how you end up with no customers. It would be suggested you pay attention to your employees and their actions.
